What is ex animo?

Ex Animo was founded in 2005 after existing as a micro-trust for two years under the aegis of GivingWorks. The aim of the foundation is to promote the advancement of education among young people in the creative arts, film and music, and provide access to work experience in the field of media and film. The foundation also provides educational grants to individuals, as well as funding for educational facilities and resources.

Ex Animo works closely with well renowned arts bodies and production companies to realise these aims for the benefit of talented young people. Ex Animo truly believes that young people need positive encouragement to explore and develop their creativity and has set up a bursary programme with an established arts venue.
